We intend to work as a group by making decisions as a group and splitting up all tasks so we can manage the work load easier. We also work to our strengths so if we know that some areas are better suited to be completed by particular people in the group we do just that.
Outside of lessons we arrange two 1 hour meetings weekly to give us more time to work together as a group and designated deadlines to have tasks done. This helps us to keep on top of the workload.
Outside of the school we communicate on whatsapp. This means that we are almost always a few clicks away from contacting each other so this means that issues can be resolved quicker and easier and it means that ideas can be decided before getting into lessons.
